About This Privacy Policy

Operator: Queen Skeleton Corp. | Brand: Cascadada | Website: https://www.cascadada.ai Contact: support@cascadada.ai

1. Introduction and Scope

Queen Skeleton Corp. ("Queen Skeleton," "Cascadada," "we," "us," or "our") operates Cascadada, a multi-platform content publishing and social media management service available at https://www.cascadada.ai and through related applications, tools, and integrations (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, access, use, store, protect, share, retain, and delete personal information when you use the Service, including when you connect a Google or YouTube account through Google OAuth or connect other third-party social media accounts. It also explains the choices and rights available to you. By using the Service, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Terms of Service at https://www.cascadada.ai/terms.

2. Privacy at a Glance

Cascadada lets users connect their own social media accounts and publish user-selected content to those accounts. We use Google OAuth and YouTube API Services only to provide user-facing features that the user requests and authorizes. We do not ask for or store your Google or YouTube password. We do not sell Google user data, use Google user data for advertising, or use Google user data to train or improve generalized or foundation AI models. You can disconnect your Google/YouTube account and request deletion of data we store about you. We request only permissions that are necessary for the features you choose to use.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information you provide directly • Account information, such as your email address, password or authentication credentials used for Cascadada, account name, and profile details. • Content and media you upload, import, draft, schedule, or publish through the Service, including videos, images, captions, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and related metadata. • Workspace and team information, such as organization name, team member roles, account groups, access permissions, and collaboration activity. • Support and communications data, including messages you send to our support team and information you provide when reporting an issue. • Billing and transaction information needed to process payments. Payment card details may be processed by our payment service providers rather than stored directly by Cascadada. 3.2 Information from connected social media accounts When you choose to connect a third-party account, the applicable platform may provide us with information and permissions that you explicitly authorize. Depending on the platform and feature, this may include account or channel identifiers, display name, profile image, account handle, OAuth access or refresh tokens, content publishing permissions, post or video metadata, publishing status, and platform-provided engagement or statistical data. We do not access a connected account unless you initiate or authorize the connection, and we use connected-account data only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and the relevant in-product disclosures.

4. Google and YouTube User Data

Important Google disclosure. Cascadada uses Google OAuth and YouTube API Services to allow users to connect their own YouTube channels and perform user-requested publishing actions. Cascadada's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and applicable YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies.

4.1 What Google/YouTube data we may access

Depending on the permissions you grant and the Cascadada features you use, we may access or receive the following categories of Google or YouTube data: • YouTube channel information necessary to identify the connected channel, such as channel ID, channel name/display name, and profile image. • OAuth authorization credentials, such as access tokens and refresh tokens, used to maintain the connection you authorized. We do not request or store your Google password. • Information required to upload or publish content that you select, including video files or media references, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, tags, privacy settings, scheduling instructions, and other metadata you provide through Cascadada. • Publishing and processing information, such as upload status, processing status, success or failure status, and identifiers or links returned by YouTube for content published through Cascadada. • If and when you enable features that require it and grant the applicable permissions, YouTube-provided statistics or engagement information, such as views, likes, comments, or other metrics made available through YouTube APIs. At launch, Cascadada's primary YouTube use case is to let a user connect the user's own YouTube channel and upload or publish user-selected videos and associated metadata. If we introduce a materially different Google/YouTube data use, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, obtain additional consent before accessing that data.

4.2 Why we use Google/YouTube data

We use Google/YouTube data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible and relevant to the user who authorized access, including to: • connect and identify the user's authorized YouTube channel; • upload or publish videos selected by the user to that channel; • apply user-selected publishing metadata and settings, including title, description, thumbnail, tags, schedule, and privacy status, where supported; • display publishing progress, status, errors, and links or identifiers associated with user-requested YouTube posts; • support retry, scheduling, post management, and other publishing workflows initiated by the user; and • provide platform analytics or reporting features only when such features are enabled, permitted by the applicable API, and authorized by the user.

4.3 What we do not do with Google user data

Cascadada does not: • sell Google user data or transfer it to data brokers or information resellers; • use or transfer Google user data for advertising, retargeting, personalized advertising, or interest-based advertising; • use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending decisions; • use Google user data to create, train, or improve generalized, foundational, or cross-user AI/ML models; • use Google APIs or Google user data to create, facilitate, or distribute AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery; • allow unauthorized third parties to access Google user data; or • request, collect, or store your Google or YouTube account password.

4.4 Human access to Google user data

We do not permit employees, contractors, or other humans to read Google user data except where: (a) you provide affirmative permission for support or troubleshooting involving specific data; (b) access is necessary for security, fraud prevention, or abuse investigation; (c) access is necessary to comply with applicable law; or (d) the data is aggregated or de-identified and used for lawful internal operations. Any permitted access is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.

4.5 Storage, refresh, retention, and deletion of YouTube API data

We retain OAuth authorization credentials only while reasonably necessary to maintain an active connection authorized by you. We store or cache YouTube API data only as permitted by applicable YouTube Developer Policies and only for as long as needed for the user-facing feature for which it was obtained. Where YouTube policy requires API data to be refreshed or deleted within 30 days, we refresh or delete that data accordingly. Where YouTube policy permits authorized statistical data to be retained longer, we periodically verify that the user remains authorized to access that data and that the underlying content still exists, as required by YouTube policy. If you request deletion of Google/YouTube user data stored by Cascadada, we will delete the requested stored data as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than seven (7) calendar days, except where retention is required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. If your authorization is revoked or can no longer be verified, we stop accessing the connected Google/YouTube account and delete or refresh applicable stored API data within the time periods required by YouTube policy.

4.6 Disconnecting Google/YouTube and revoking access

You may disconnect your YouTube account from Cascadada through the connected-account settings where available, or by contacting support@cascadada.ai. You may also revoke Cascadada's access directly through your Google Account permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/connections. Revoking or disconnecting access prevents Cascadada from making new API requests using that authorization. Deleting data stored by Cascadada does not delete content stored by YouTube. To delete content from YouTube, you must use YouTube or another authorized application that supports that action.

4.7 Google and YouTube terms

Use of YouTube through Cascadada is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. You can learn more about Google API data practices in the Google API Services User Data Policy.

5. Other Connected Platforms

Cascadada may support integrations with other platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky, Telegram, Discord, Mastodon, Substack, and other services. Each integration is subject to the permissions you grant and the relevant platform's terms, policies, and API capabilities. For these integrations, we may access account identifiers, profile information, OAuth credentials or tokens, user-selected media and post metadata, publishing status, and platform-provided engagement information as needed to provide the connected feature. We use this information only to provide the Service and do not request a platform password where OAuth or another official authorization mechanism is available.

6. Uploaded Content, Media Library, and AI Features

When you upload or import media into Cascadada, we may store the media and associated metadata so you can draft, schedule, reuse, publish, and manage content. If you use an integration that imports content from a cloud drive, design tool, automation platform, or AI content-generation service, we process the content and related metadata needed to perform the action you request. If Cascadada offers AI-assisted features, such as caption suggestions, translation, tagging, summarization, or media-generation workflows, those features may process content you choose to submit. Google user data obtained through Google APIs is not used to create, train, or improve generalized or foundation AI models. If a future AI feature requires a materially new use of Google user data, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain additional consent where required before enabling that use.

7. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages or features used, dates and times of access, error logs, security events, and similar information needed to operate, protect, and improve the Service. 7.1 Cookies and similar technologies We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, user preferences, session management, service performance, and analytics. Where required by applicable law, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling necessary cookies may prevent some Service features from functioning properly.

8. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to: • provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service; • create and manage user accounts, workspaces, team permissions, and connected social accounts; • process uploads, drafts, schedules, and publishing actions requested by users; • provide publishing status, error handling, retry, media library, analytics, collaboration, and related features; • authenticate users and maintain secure sessions; • process payments and administer subscriptions; • provide customer support and respond to requests; • detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms; • monitor and improve reliability, performance, accessibility, and user experience; • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and • send product, service, or marketing communications where permitted by law and consistent with your communication preferences.

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or secure the Service. Corporate transactions. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law. For Google user data subject to Limited Use restrictions, any transfer will occur only as permitted by Google policy, including obtaining explicit prior user consent where required. We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers, and we do not use Google user data for targeted or interest-based advertising.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized or unlawful access, use, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. These measures include access controls, environment and credential management, logging and monitoring, and other safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we maintain safeguards designed to reduce risk and respond to security incidents in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the feature involved. You may request deletion of your Cascadada account or personal information by contacting support@cascadada.ai. Where required by applicable platform policy, including YouTube API Services policies, we will apply the shorter deletion or refresh period specified by that policy. Backup copies may persist for a limited period in secure backup systems and will not be used for active processing except as necessary for restoration, security, or legal compliance.

12. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. To exercise a privacy right, request data deletion, or ask a privacy question, contact support@cascadada.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. 12.1 Marketing choices You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting support@cascadada.ai. We may still send transactional or service-related communications, such as security notices, account messages, and publishing-status notifications.

13. International Data Transfers

Cascadada is operated by a U.S. company and may use service providers in multiple countries. As a result, personal information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers and protect transferred information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@cascadada.ai and we will take appropriate steps to delete the information.

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party platforms and services. Those third parties operate under their own privacy policies and terms. Cascadada is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties except to the extent required by applicable law or a binding agreement.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at the same public URL and update the "Last updated" date.
